Models

Vacu-TainerThe Vacu-Tainer is a container built vacuum unit. The container can come in different sizes, built in 10' or 20' ISO standard steel container or for example with a landing- or hook arm drop system. Special designs for catalyst handling under nitrogen atmosphere. Driven by a diesel- or electro engine.

Vortex Max-LoaderThe Vortex Max-Loader is a semi-trailer for the suction and blowing of dry and wet products with a product content of 20 m3. Tipping stainless steel tank with hydraulic rear door and filter system. Soundproofed unit with screw compressor (2 bar max.) overpressure, 95% maximum vacuum and diesel engine.

Vortex Mid-Loader Hi-LiftThe Vortex Mid-Loader Hi-Lift is a compact semi-trailer for the suction, blowing and discharging of dry and wet products with a product content of 12 m3.

V-Force 3000 ADRThe V-Force 3000 ADR is an exceptional concept based on a standard MAN 310 HP, 6x2 chassis, for the suction and compressing of dangerous products. 3,000 m3/hr 90% vacuum watering pump. Demag Wittig compressor 2 bar and nitrogen connection for unloading. Continuous grounding control unit. 13 m3 polished stainless steel 316 L product tank.

Vortex Hi-LiftThe Vortex Hi-Lift is the economical solution for the suction, blowing and discharging of dry and wet products. This machine is adapted to the present-day demands of the industrial contractor. The screw compressor design is a versatile machine with a relative short wheel base and a low weight.

Vortex Mid-LoaderThe Vortex Mid-Loader is a compact semi-trailer with a tipping stainless steel 304 tank in polished finish with a product content of 15 m3. The screw compressor vacuum/pressure pump is driven by a separate diesel engine. With hydraulically opening rear door and filter system. Sound level measured approx. 75 db(A).

Vortex Flex-LoaderThe Vortex Flex-Loader is based on the 20' ISO container standard. This suction/blowing unit can be transported by truck, semi-trailer or trailer. Tipping tank, content 12 m3 with hydraulic opening rear door and filter system. Soundproofed power unit with full vacuum roots blower and 300 HP diesel engine. Maximum 90% vacuum.

Vacu Rail SystemThe Vacu Rail System is used for suction of stones from rail tracks such as polluted rail road grit or other (floating) dirt. High power silenced units with continuous discharge systems. Up to 16,000 m3/hr and 95% vacuum.

CycloneVarious cyclones with and without filter, also equipped with K1 safety filters for suction and discharge of asbestos. Suitable for discharge in big bags or containers. Skid mounted, 65 kW diesel driven vacuum pump, maximum vacuum of 8,000 mm W.C. Noise level approx. 78 dB(a). Cyclone with hydraulic lifting system.

Hot-PressThe Hot-Press is a hot water high pressure unit in a 20' container, which is fully self supporting. After the water has left the high-pressure pump, it is heated under a pressure of maximum 1,200 bar. The maximum temperature is above 90°C and the maximum flow above 250 l/min, depending on the design.

Heat-WaveThe Heat-Wave is an unique hot water high pressure unit to 250 l/min at 1,200 bar working pressure, with full utilization of the driving motor heat.

Accessories

Hyraulic remote-controlled boomHyraulic remote-controlled boom for suction at high altitudes/great depths. Lifting: 81°, lowering: 20°, rotating: 180°, extending 1,500 mm. Special wear resistant suction bend with polyurethane cast coating. Cable remote control for all boom functions. Extendable with aluminium pipes to approx. 20 m in length for easy access to high altitudes/great depths. Remote radio control for all boom functions.

Blowing systemThe blowing system is a useful feature of all our industrial vacuum cleaners. It allows for the easy, quick and efficient discharge of the tank. Also available in the ADR option with safety measures.

Different hosesDifferent hoses from different materials, depending on the product to be vacuumed/blowed.

Sweeping unitA sweeping unit is mounted on the front of the chassis on a liftable frame. The sweeping unit consists of a brushing and screw system hydraulically driven which direct the brush product into the centre of the system to be sucked by the separate driven vacuum pump. From the sweeping unit in front of the chassis a suction hose will be mounted over the chassis cabin towards the top suction inlet. A special PU bend will be mounted.
