Sure Clean industrial degreaser and cleaner

Through the use of surface-active agents, Sure Clean penetrates and loosens the bond of substrate oils, by lowering surface and interfacial tension even at low temperatures of 65°F. Oil droplets are coated with a thin film of surfactant and float to the surface of the cleaning solution and away from your parts and equipment. Since Sure Clean does not emulsify or become saturated with tramp oils, it can be reused many times. This enables Sure Clean to last longer than caustic cleaners.

Sure Clean prevents sludge buildup within your cleaning system: this translates into keeping the equipment free of scale and particulate buildup on and around heating coils and spray nozzles. Sure Clean industrial cleaner/degreaser is designed to remove dirt and oil. Sure Clean has a strong affinity for oil and contaminants, and loosens them form the parts. Most oils float to the surface, where they can be removed easily by skimming wheels/belts, absorption blankets, or vacuuming. Turning off agitation allows solid particulates and fine metal particles to settle on the bottom, where they can be filtered off as sludge via recycling filtration systems.

Sure Clean does not contain:

• Chlorinated hydrocarbons
• Heavy metals that interfere with heat-treating operations
• Aromatic compounds
• Nitrites

GSA Cleaner-AB industrial degreaser and cleaner

GSA Cleaner-AB is a heavy duty alkaline spray wash cleaner designed for the heavy soils in the remanufacturing industry. Contains no chromates, phenols, or cresols. It is especially designed for Mart and Proceco washers. GSA Cleaner-AB is non-foaming and splits oil rapidly. It is safe on aluminium, brass and copper metals.

GSA Cleaner-AB penetrates carbon, oils and greases much faster than conventional chemicals on the market today. It is also very effective on removing many types of light paints when used in a spray washer.

GSA Cleaner-AB is recyclable thereby providing additional operational costs savings.

Using procedures: use 5% to 15% volume per gallon of water, at temperatures up to 180-190°F in spray washers and immersion soak tanks.

Block Strip-CS industrial degreaser and cleaner

Block Strip-CS is a versatile heavy-duty liquid spray wash cleaner for ferrous metals. It removes tough soils such as; heavy grease, straight oil cutting & pressworking fluids, carbonized soils, most oil based paints, light scale and flash rust.
Block Strip-CS is a blend of alkaline detergents, carbonized oil solubilizers, de-sluding compounds, rust and hard water sequestrants, paint disintegrators, soil penetrating agents and rinse additives.

Block Strip-CS is used in spray washers at 10-15% by volume. Typical contact time is 1 to 5 hours for railway accounts, but will vary based on soil load and spray impingement. Block Strip-CS is used in the temperature range of 165°F to 190°F. To avoid foaming, the process water should be heated to the minimum recommended operation temperature (145°F) prior to product addition. It is best to add Block Strip-CS near the pump intake while the pump is operating.

For maximizing part cleanliness, Block Strip-CS should be followed by a clean rinse. In every case, dry quickly to avoid flash rusting. If the parts are not going to be immediately painted, you might apply appropriate rust preventative to meet your corrosion protection requirements. To maximize bath life, mechanically emulsified, free-floating oil should be skimmed or otherwise removed from the surface of the bath during any shut down period.

Safe when used as directed on: steel, iron, stainless steel, nickel and copper. Brass and bronze will darken. Not safe on: aluminium, zinc, tin, galvanized, babbitt or bearing metals and cadmium. Please refer to the MSDS for instructions regarding proper disposal of this produce. Block Strip-CS, like all industrial solutions, may require some treatment before discharge.

Safe-React Cement-X™ cement and concrete remover

Safe-React Cement-X™ is effective on ready-mix trucks, concrete pumping trucks, power trowels, forms, hand tools, mixers, dry-bulk cement trucks, fly ash equipment, and similar applications. Superior results have also been found in other cleaning applications where cement, lime, scale, rust and hard water stains are a problem like pool and spa applications, masonry cleanup, cleaning of tile and grout, etc. Effective and safe in the removal of rust and/or rust stains from most metal parts, concrete, walls, painted and most other hard surfaces.

Formulated from an organic salt that performs as effectively as an acid or acid mixtures in dissolving or etching calcium carbonate (i.e. cement/concrete), Safe-React Cement-X™ performs like an acid, yet is non-corrosive (to skin and metal per D.O.T/OSHA test protocols), non-fuming and is D.O.T classified "non-regulated". By D.O.T standards definition, a product is considered non-regulated when the corrosion rate on 1020 Carbon Steel does not exceed 6.250 millimeters per year (mmpy). The corrosion rate of Safe-React Cement-X™ is a mere 0.6379 mmpy.

Because Safe-React Cement-X™ is such a strong cleaner, always test for compatibility with the surface to be cleaned by applying a small quantity of the product to an inconspicuous area. Can cause flash rusting on unpainted metal at full strength and/or when not rinsed thoroughly. Safe-React Cement-X™ can be used on most industrial surfaces including ready-mix trucks, concrete pumping trucks, power trowels, forms, hand tools, mixers, dry-bulk cement trucks, and fly ash equipment.

Use dilution will depend on the deposit character and build up level. This product can be used as received or diluted up to 30:1 with water. Apply solution to unwanted cement and let stand for 2-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with pressure washer or hose water. In some cases a second application may be required.
